Return Process

  Log into your uber7 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
